Change is coming

As some of you may know, a lot has been going on in my tiny little life lately. Things have been messy, dark and pretty chaotic.
I don’t really feel comfortable going into details too much in a public space like this, but if your curious, just message me! =)
But I’m doing better now. Things are finally starting to clear up in my head and I feel stronger than before.
I was always so insecure, about my looks and my weight. But now, I am just going to accept myself for who I am and take care of myself again.
Just because I’m overweight doesn’t mean I can’t dress up in pretty dresses and wear my hair the way I’ve always wanted it.
So today I took a huge step. I went to the hairdresser for a make-over!

They cut off around 10 cm from the bottom and around 15 cm (or a bit more) for the layers. I really wanted to go completely blonde again but the hairdresser said that’s very bad for your hair. So we’re gonna do it in stages. They just put a lot of highlights all through my hair and next time they are gonna do that again and slowly it will get lighter and lighter.

All for pictures were taken with my mom’s simple powershot camera and the colour doesn’t really come over the way I hoped. It’s a lot lighter and less golden than the picture shows in real life and the pictures are just snap shots, but ah well. You get the idea.
